Sunshineshiny (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all apps and games published by Sunshineshiny, including current and future titles.

Guest Play: You can play our games as a guest without providing any personal information.
Accounts (Currently 13+): If you choose to create an account, we collect only the minimum information needed to save your progress: an email address and password.

To create and maintain your account.
To allow you to save and restore game progress.
To provide account support (e.g., password resets).
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. We use your email only for account purposes (such as saving progress and password resets). We do not send marketing or promotional emails.
Account Deletion: You may delete your account and associated information at any time through in-game settings or by contacting us at thesunshineshiny@gmail.com. When you request deletion, we will remove your personal information (such as email and password) from our systems, except where limited retention is required by law or for security purposes.

3. Data Tracking or Analytics
We do not use third-party analytics tools, tracking services, or advertising networks.

4. Children’s Privacy
Guest Play: Available to users of all ages without providing personal information.
Accounts: At this time, accounts are available only to users 13 and older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.
Users under 13 may continue to play as guests without creating an account. We intend to support accounts for under-13 players in the future with verifiable parental consent, in full compliance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).
If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account without parental consent, we will delete that account.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide.

If we update our data practices, we will update the “Effective Date” and provide notice in the app or on our website.
