Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 27, 2025

We want players to feel confident when subscribing. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new monthly subscriptions, with a simple two-step process.

Eligibility

  • Refunds are available only for the initial subscription payment on a new monthly plan.

  • The refund request must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of that initial payment.

  • Renewals are not refundable. Canceling will stop future billing only.

  • Limit one refund per account.

 

How to Request a Refund

  1. Cancel in the app: Click “Downgrade” (under the Free plan) to cancel your subscription.

  2. Email us: After canceling, email thesunshineshiny@gmail.com to request your refund.

 

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Most banks post refunds within 5–10 business days.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse (for example, repeated sign-up/refund cycles).
